Hello! I’m Maisie, a personal trainer who comes to your house, working in Twickenham, Richmond-upon-Thames and the general South-West London area.
Living and working in Twickenham and Richmond is busy – and it’s hard to find the time or motivation to exercise. With a personal trainer hat come to your home, it’s that much easier to get fit, feel motivated and look after your health.
Personal training with me is about improving health and fitness in a way that works for you. Each programme I deliver is completely tailored to what you want, and we’ll always collaboratively design a plan together based on your starting point. That means you’ll have a plan you feel happy sticking to – and be so empowered by your results you’ll just want to keep going. Even better, you can do it all in the luxury of your own home, or even via online training sessions if you prefer!
Sessions with me typically involve a mixture of home-based cardio and ‘HIIT’ style workouts to help you get fit, improve strength and burn fat all at the same time. We’ll also focus on building a strong core, as this provides the foundation for moving well, staying injury free and seeing great, long-term results.
Alongside your workouts, we’ll agree to an option-based healthy eating plan to make the most of your training and meet your weight loss goals – and I’ll support you every step of the way to help you stay motivated.
