Hi, I’m Chloe, a local personal trainer in Cardiff. I help men and women in the Cardiff area who are new to exercise, transform their health, fitness and well-being with personalised at home personal training sessions.

Unlike pre-recorded workouts and DIY programmes, I’ll be here throughout helping you know the best way forward, leading you through fun and effective workouts and giving you loads of support and encouragement to help you stay motivated. I can even deliver online training sessions for the ultimate in convenience!
