The Six Week Promise is designed to help you kick-start a lifetime of feeling fitter, healthier and happier. You’ll be able to keep seeing your progress over years as well as weeks – and be empowered to transform your fitness now and for the long-term.
The Six Week Promise package comes with a money-back guarantee. This guarantee is based on a commitment from both the client and the trainer. The terms and conditions for this guarantee are as follows.
With the Six Week Promise you get a free Discovery session, followed by twelve sessions over a six week period. The free Discovery session and last session will incorporate assessments to measure your health and fitness over the six weeks, with eleven personal training sessions in between.
If the training client does not show measured improvements in all three of the ‘Slimmer’, ‘Fitter’ and ‘Stronger’ categories over the six weeks they will get their money back.
To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee the client must:
– Complete all 12 sessions within the six week period.
– Sign a ‘Training Agreement’ on the commencement of their programme.
– Adhere to any dietary, training and lifestyle advice given.
– Give maximal performances on both fitness tests.
– Complete all tests each time (listed below)
The tests used to measure improvement will be:
Slimmer
– Weight (decreased)
– Waist measurement (decreased)
– Hip measurement (decreased)
Fitter
– Resting heart rate (lowered)
– Cardio-vascular endurance (increased)
– Flexibility (increased)
Stronger
– Squats (increased)
– Press ups test (increased)
– Sit ups test (increased)
If after six weeks the client has not improved in at least one test in each of the three categories, and has adhered to all the conditions, they will receive a full refund.
At Home Fitness reserves the right to refuse starting a Six Week Promise package with any clients for whom it is unsuitable. At Home Fitness reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
In the event of a client being part way through a Six Week Promise, the terms in force at the start of the programme will be applicable. Session cancellation requires 24 hours’ notice or the session may be forfeited.
The package is non-refundable unless there is a genuine medical condition preventing completion, certified by a doctor’s note.
The Six Week Promise package is an introductory package to kick-start training and can only be purchased once by customers.
