Hi, I’m Saad, and I’m an experience personal trainer of 10 years, bringing private 1:1 personal training to your home in Kensington, Chelsea, Earl’s Court and the surrounding areas.

Getting fit and in shape with weekly workouts, a simple nutrition plan and loads of support is made much easier through 1:1 training that comes straight to your home! It gives you all the benefits of being fitter, healthier, comfortable in your clothes, looking great & feeling energised – without the extra time and hassle of travelling to the gym – perfect if you’ve got family & work commitments and it’s difficult to make time to exercise.
