The Six Week Programme is designed to help you get started – personalised 1:1 fitness sessions at your home in Andover or via online training sessions, plus a simple plan to eat well and exercise more – completely tailored to you and your goals.

As well as personal fitness sessions, I’ll help you track your progress – and check-in every session to help you stay motivated. It starts with a free Discovery session, and you’ll get a personalised Fitness Analysis with my recommendations to help you get started.

Achieving results is all about good habits. I’ll help you focus on the top most important things that make the biggest difference. That way – whether you want to lose weight, be fitter & stronger, or feel healthy & more energised – you’ll see the best results in the most simple way and with no distractions. Our weekly fitness sessions will help you keep you moving, and I’ll always be here to help you stay on track!
