6 Weeks Of Summer

Now that summer is well and truly upon us (i.e the kids have finished school for what will inevitably feel like several months!) the wise guys at At Home Fitness have all come together to provide you with (hopefully) some new and exciting exercises to try during the holidays. Welcome to the At Home Fitness 6 Weeks of Summer Challenge.

Our At Home Fitness Personal Trainer’s know that summer brings numerous fitness related challenges. Do any of these sound familiar;

  • It’s too hot to go on a run outside…
  • I don’t have time to myself with trying to keep kids entertained…
  • I want to get in shape for holiday, but don’t know where to start…

We hear all these and more on a daily basis. So this summer, we are taking this all on board and are here to help!

Over the course of the next 6 weeks of summer, a selection of At Home Fitness Personal Trainers are going to give you a new exercise (or exercise routine) to do each week. All exercises and routines will be constructed with our typical clients in mind. Meaning, you will not need any additional gym equipment. Everything you need will be able to be found in the comfort of your own home. You can even join in whilst on holiday!
